One Year Warranty
XP PhotoGear warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product, if used in accordance with these instructions, will be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of original purchase only from an authorized XP PhotoGear Dealer/Retailer. At XP PhotoGear’s option, defective product will be repaired, replaced or substituted with a product of equal value. This warranty shall be null and void, if the product is subjected to repair work or alteration by a person or facility other than those authorized by XP PhotoGear.
To Obtain Warranty Service:
You must contact XP PhotoGear before sending products. XP PhotoGear reserves the right to determine whether the returned merchandise is to be repaired, replaced, or returned. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the return shipment. XP PhotoGear bear no responsibility for any items returned without following these procedures. To obtain warranty service, contact XP PhotoGear with an explanation of the defect, and include proof of purchase from an authorized XP PhotoGear Dealer/Retailer (which must include the original purchase date for establishing one year warranty eligibility).
